Did not need Customer Service. Directions were very cleaer with lots of pictures. She sh. Made for my daughter-in-law who has a real dachshund that looks just like it. Everyone that's seen it loves it. My first time making a stuffed animal with joints but worked out well. Clay pads on feet were a first also but baked well and glued them on. Really liked this pattern.
