Hello! My name is Susan and I want to welcome you to my Etsy shop TimelessTreasures2US and I would also like to tell you a little about myself and why I wanted to open this vintage and classic items shop. I am a wife, mother of 3 and an acrobatics/tumbling/cheer teacher for about 40 years. My oldest daughter is 25, married and in OTA school. My second daughter is 22 and currently working toward PT school. My third child is a son who is 19 and a sophomore in college as well as a cheerleader and All-Star cheer coach. My children and I all have dance and cheer backgrounds from all being students to teachers. We have a lot of fun together watching anything that involves dance or cheer. My husband is an avid outdoors man who tolerates our love of dance and cheer by going into the great outdoors to fish, hunt or do habitat work. And one other fun fact about my family is that my husband is named Brad. My son-in-law is named Brad and his father is Brad so needless to say it is very interesting when we are all together!!!
I have always had a love for vintage items but really started getting into sourcing from thrift stores, estate sales and anywhere else that I can find vintage items and learning anything that I could about these items after I helped host a bridal shower about 4 years ago and as hostesses, we all discovered that we did not have the serving pieces needed for a Southern bridal shower and promptly started raiding our mothers china, glassware, punch bowls and serving pieces to create our decor for the shower. Shortly after that, my daughter became engaged and I was going to be her reception decorator and needed classic, vintage pieces for her reception and started shopping. I soon discovered that I loved the thrill of finding different vintage pieces and learning the history behind the items whether that be about the maker or about the person who owned it. I created this shop because I want to be able to provide unique vintage and newer classic items to enhance a person’s lifestyle and help to give these pieces new homes to continue on their stories. So I hope that you will find that one of a kind piece or pieces in my shop that will make your world a little happier and brighter!!!

What can I expect from my customer experience with your shop?
We want customers to feel welcomed, guided and fully confident in their purchase from the moment they enter the shop. Every listing is curated with care, photographed clearly and described in detail so buyers know exactly what they’re getting.
Items are packed securely, shipped promptly and handled with the same respect as the history they carry. Communication stays warm, timely and helpful, and we make sure each customer feels supported before, during and after their order. The goal is a smooth, thoughtful and personal experience that makes every buyer excited to give these timeless pieces a new life.
Do you accept returns on vintage or classic items?
We do not accept returns on vintage, jewelry or classic items. We take great care to represent size, colors and any slight defects on vintage items through our pictures and item descriptions so that you have all the information about the item to make your purchase.
What is your processing time once I place an order?
All custom orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. Although, we do try to get these custom orders out as quickly as possible.
All vintage/classic items will be processed in 1-3 business days.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations on custom orders after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or
requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific
requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know
about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do
our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an
insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must
retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping
insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for
disposal and obtain proof of disposal.
**Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package
arriving.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
TimelessTreasres2US is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the
shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we
hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the
item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point
from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police
department.
If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the
item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all
previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it is shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is
responsible for paying for re-shipment.
