Yes — our plans are professionally prepared and suitable for construction. However, all plans must be reviewed and approved by a licensed local structural engineer or architect to meet your local building codes.
Can these plans be customized?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom modifications — layout changes, size adjustments, foundation options, window/door changes, and more. Just message us before or after purchase.
Are your plans suitable for permits?
For permit-ready plan sets, we work directly with clients on a one-on-one basis to develop project-specific drawings that address local zoning, structural requirements, and applicable building codes.
Final approval and stamping must be completed by a licensed local structural engineer or architect, as required by your jurisdiction.
Do you offer full custom designs?
Yes. If you’re looking for a fully custom tiny home, cabin, or ADU design, contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can these plans be used for commercial or rental projects?
Yes — our plans are suitable for personal, rental, or investment use. Redistribution or resale of the design files is not permitted.
