Todd descubrió su talento para contar historias a los ocho años, cuando le recitó a su madre la sinopsis completa de El Rey León durante la noche más larga de su vida. No ha cambiado mucho, salvo que ahora escribe el tipo de historias que le apasionan. De estudiante de periodismo a novelista independiente y luego a guionista de thrillers, escribe relatos catárticos que se leen con facilidad y perduran en la memoria.
Todd ha publicado cinco novelas de forma independiente. Inspirado por una visita decisiva a Hollywood, se convirtió en un autodidacta de la escritura de guiones. Desde entonces, ha vendido un guion con su socio y otro está bajo un acuerdo de opción con un productor. Forma parte de los programas de desarrollo de la Asociación Internacional de Guionistas (ISA) y The Stunt List, y fue nombrado uno de los 25 mejores guionistas a seguir en 2024 por la ISA. Incursionando en otro medio narrativo, adaptó una de sus novelas (que también sirvió de base para un guion) a una miniserie de audio que escribió, interpretó y produjo.

Todd realized he was a storyteller at age eight when he recited the entire synopsis of The Lion King to his mom during the most prolonged bedtime ever. Not much has changed, except that now he writes the kind of stories he can’t wait to talk about. A journalism major turned indie novelist turned thriller screenwriter, he writes cathartic stories that go down easy and linger.
Todd has independently published five novels. Inspired by a fateful visit to Hollywood, Todd evolved into a self-taught student of screenwriting. He has since sold one screenplay with his writing partner, and another script is under an option agreement with a producer. He is on development slates with the International Screenwriters Association (ISA) and The Stunt List, and he was named one the ISA’s Top 25 Screenwriters To Watch in 2024. Jumping into another storytelling medium, he adapted one of his novels (also the source material for a screenplay) into a limited series audio drama which he wrote, performed and produced.
