Just what I was looking for! Handy to have a trans masc fitness guide that is so specific.

The perfect workout plan. I use resistance bands instead of dumbells and it still works great. The print outs are really helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody. I will be doing this one on repeat until I find a gym, and then I'll probably keep using the gym one there too.

There’s so much information beyond pre-surgery, very easy to follow, and beginner friendly!

So far this has helped me put my foot down into actually going to the gym and following a loose idea of what to focus on each time. Will eventually be printing this out to take with me in my bag.

Easy to read and the meal ideas will be a good launching point
