Hello, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing. However, I handle all customs procedures before the package is shipped. If you have paid any extra fees, please contact your local customs office and request a refund. The lost package is not my fault. Also, my product is of good quality; the clips are sturdy, and extra tape has been applied where clips weren't needed. The wires are sufficient as they are connected inside the headlight; please don't confuse it with older models. If you cannot assemble it yourself, I recommend going to a local auto repair shop.
