I received a child size xs instead of an adult, and unfortunately there was no time left before our event to correct the order. Seller was communicative before I placed the order but after the sale was made they were much less helpful.

Ordered as a bundle…This item arrived ok and looked wonderful as expected, but the rest of the order had some issues that the seller was unable to correct.

Custom shirt options and pricing are great. My custom design was printed well on the shirts. Although the shop seemed very helpful and eager to please before I made my purchase, their customer service became virtually nonexistent after the order was placed. I ended up receiving 2 packages for one order with only one tracking number, so it tracked as “delivered” even though I had only received half my order. Once I finally received the second half of the order, the shirts were in the wrong sizes, despite clear confirmation when placing the order, and it was too late to reorder. I ultimately was unable to use one of the shirts and the shop made no apologies or efforts to correct the issue. If you need a budget option, go for it, but you’ll get what you pay for.
