We make all our items custom to order and do not carry premade inventory. The moment we receive your order we go to production. We do this so we can offer more designs and styles but, this also means we are not able to accept returns or exchanges, due to each item(s) being custom made to your own personal specifications. All items will default to either specified color or as seen in pictures if no color option has been chosen.

As a general rule we do not accept returns due to the items being custom made. A proof will be sent for approval for new custom designs, please review the proof carefully as once it’s approved that is exactly what will be used for production. Once the proof is accepted production will start. Errors found after proof is approved cannot be corrected. No refunds will be approved for an error found or change requested after proof approval. Remember that colors can be slightly different from screen to screen, item to item and surface to surface on each and every product.

**If you do receive your product and it is damaged or defective please contact us within 24 hours of recveiving your item(s) and provide pictures of original shipping package and item(s). We will then take these on a case by case basis.

We ship everything with the United States Postal Service. Most items are shipped regular post, which means there is no tracking information with these smaller envelopes.

NOTE: Business days are Monday - Friday.

Once your item has been marked completed & shipped Etsy gives you an estimated delivery date. The USPS does not go by Etsy’s estimate, it can take a couple more days for your item to arrive.

- Please make sure your address on file with Etsy is current. Twisted Karma Designs, LLC will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information.

We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect addresses given by the buyer

We offer a flat rate for shipping and all packages will receive tracking.
