Durante cinco años fui copropietaria de una exitosa firma de recursos humanos que amaba, y guié a los dueños de negocios locales para establecer bases sólidas y lograr la libertad. Estábamos prosperando y creciendo, formando un equipo que adoraba y que me inspiraba. Pasaba mis días ayudando a otros a construir los negocios de sus sueños, pero comencé a sentirme sepultada bajo las exigencias de mi propia carrera. Por fuera, todo parecía perfecto, pero por dentro, estaba agotada, al límite de mis posibilidades y anhelaba pasar más tiempo con mi familia.

Entonces, la vida me dio un vuelco. La salud de mi hija menor dio un giro inesperado, lo que me obligó a reevaluar todo. La libertad que estaba ayudando a otros a lograr parecía estar fuera de mi alcance en mi propia vida. Fue una llamada de atención y supe que necesitaba hacer un cambio: por ella, por mi familia y por mí misma.

Dejar mi negocio no fue fácil, pero era necesario. Necesitaba encontrar una manera de equilibrar mis ambiciones profesionales con mi vida personal. Fue entonces cuando me di cuenta de algo poderoso: el trabajo que había estado haciendo durante años (ayudar a los dueños de negocios a encontrar la libertad) era exactamente en lo que necesitaba concentrarme. No solo por ellos, sino también por mí.

Así nació Untethered Boss. Es más que un negocio; es una misión. Estoy aquí para ayudar a los dueños de negocios como tú a liberarse de la rutina, recuperar tu tiempo y redescubrir la alegría en tu trabajo y en tu vida. Leaving my business wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I needed to find a way to balance my professional ambitions with my personal life. That’s when I realized something powerful: the work I had been doing for years—helping business owners find freedom—was exactly what I needed to focus on. Not just for them, but for myself too.

So, Untethered Boss was born. It’s more than just a business; it’s a mission.
