Draag je psychologie. Hechtingstheorie, genezing en onverbloemde humor.
Wear Your Psychology. Attachment Theory, Healing, & Unapologetic Humor.
Maar shirts met teksten als "Avoidants need love too... a point" of "Anxious and Afraid".
If you’re looking for a polished, beige, “live, laugh, love” aesthetic, you are in the wrong place.
I’m Hanif. I’m a writer, an alchemist, and the founder of this shop. I started Write Up The Block because I realized I had spent over a decade writing essays, poems, and unhinged Facebook posts about love, trauma, attachment styles, and Black masculinity—and I was tired of letting the algorithm own my archive.
So I turned it into a brand. And then I turned it into T-shirts.
I write about the gray areas. The platonic•ish situationships. The anxious-avoidant traps. The healing journey that is messy, nonlinear, and sometimes requires a 17,000-step walk just to keep from texting your ex.
I also make shirts for the people living in that gray area. Not the kind that just say “Good Vibes.” The kind that say “Avoidants need love too... a point,” or “Anxious and Afraid.” The kind you wear when you want the world to know you’re in therapy but you still have a sense of humor about it.
This isn’t just a merch shop. It’s a blueprint for surviving the fire and deciding what to build in the ashes. Every shirt is designed by me, printed with care, and shipped with the hope that it makes you feel a little less alone in your own head.
