4 out of 5 starsI’m amending my star rating to reflect the customer service the seller has shown. I received a message with another link to download (I didn’t use since I finally got the files to download) and an offer to help any other way. I think good customer service goes a long way. All of that said, downloading this file was definitely difficult. Original review: I've spent a good half hour trying to download this. I've downloaded patterns for a good 10 + years and never had so much trouble downloading a pattern. I haven't tried to stitch it our yet, too disgusted and frustrated with the downloading process and myself. I saw 2 reviews that said downloading this was very difficult. At first I kept getting Google drive pop up that wanted me to download that. I really don't appreciate getting in the download process.

5 out of 5 starsI used this font on pillow shams for my Granddaughter to take to college. It can be used in two different colors, but I chose one. Very pleased with the way they turned out.
