We use customer information only as reasonably necessary to operate our Etsy shop and fulfill your orders.

This may include:

Only information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose should be provided to these parties.

## 4. Etsy

ZenCreatives Designs operates through Etsy. When you purchase from our shop, Etsy may collect and process personal information according to its own privacy practices.

Your use of Etsy is also subject to Etsy's policies and terms.

For information about how Etsy handles personal information, please review Etsy's Privacy Policy.

## 5. Personalized and Custom Orders

If you provide personal information, photographs, names, dates, or other content for a customized product, we use that information only as necessary to create and fulfill your order and provide customer service.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless it is specifically necessary for your order.

If a third-party production or fulfillment service is required to manufacture your personalized product, relevant information may be provided to that service solely for fulfillment purposes.

## 6. Data Retention

We retain customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, legal, and record-keeping requirements.

When information is no longer needed, it may be securely deleted or otherwise disposed of where reasonably practical.

Because Etsy maintains its own records, information associated with Etsy transactions may also remain subject to Etsy's data-retention practices.

ZenCreatives Designs takes reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

* Request access to personal information we hold about you
* Request correction of inaccurate information
* Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal or business requirements

ZenCreatives Designs does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for independent use of our services.
