Our current turn-around time is approximately 6 weeks plus priority shipping from the date your order is placed. If you need an item sooner, please contact us before ordering to see if we can work you in. Please also see our ready to ship section for items that are pre-made. We cannot be held responsible for storm delays from shipping carriers.

Please be aware that all of our items are hand-made after the order is placed. We are small business owners hand crafting each item from our homes. We do not import items or have a large warehouse filled with ready to ship items. We ask that you be kind and respectful. Occasionally we have seasons such as wedding season and Halloween where we are extremely busy. We do hire extra seasonal help. Your orders may take a little longer than usual during these periods and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

All items are custom hand made after you place your order and take time to create. If you need an item sooner, please contact us prior to ordering. We normally ship on Fridays and Mondays. We will not contact you unless there is a problem with your order until it has shipped. Once shipped we will send you an email confirmation and tracking is included with United States orders.

If you need an item for a dated event, you must leave a date in the notes to the seller when you check out and have the date approved with us before ordering if before the posted turn-around time. Otherwise we have no idea and assume the turn-around above is acceptable.
