Is there tracking?
Yes! I will send you a tracking number as soon as I receive one.
My order never came/got damaged in the mail :'(
I'm so sorry! I do my best to make sure that orders are packaged securely to avoid damages. Make sure to check your tracking/post office if you haven't already. Unfortunately, I'm smalltime and can't afford to do refunds or ship out extra products, especially originals. Under certain circumstances I might make an exception, depending. Shoot me a message!
Custom and personalized orders
If you'd like a handwritten note, for example if your order is a gift for someone, I'd be happy to write one for you. just let me know.
Are you taking commissions? When will you be?
Not currently, no. If you have a specific request for a drawing/painting that you'd like to see, you can put in a request, either on here, through Instagram or via email; and I can see about getting it in my shop. I'm unable to make any guarantees though. I may have commissions for Valentine's Day 2025.
