Uk orders are sent second class signed for. Royal Mail roughly aim for a 3 day delivery using this service (this timescale is an estimate and for domestic shipping only)

International shipping times vary on location. Etsy will show an estimated delivery time.

**For international deliveries Royal Mail states If the item hasn’t been delivered by 25 working days after the expected due date.

**For UK orders this is 10 working days after the due date.

International postage is sent tracked and or signed for (Some countries the service to have both is unavailable in which case tracking will be opted for)

All orders will receive a tracking number added to your dispatch email.

Embroidery hoops are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and finally brown paper, either placed between two cardboard sheets or a flat postage box and packaged in a bubble wrap Jiffy bag.

I am looking to swap my packaging where I can to a more eco friendly way once I have used my existing materials. For now Please recycle and reuse the packaging where possible- keep the tissue paper for another gift, Jiffy bags are good to store bits and pieces in - you get my drift!

Due to the postal journey and delicate nature of these pieces it is necessary to wrap them accordingly.

Embroidery items are handmade so sizes in stitches vary and are intentional

The Colour of the natural calico background is cream with natural flecks.

Any marks on the hoop are due to it being natural wood.

This item cannot be hung directly. It requires a hanging thread.

Please allow for some natural fraying in the Appliqué fabric.

Some stitches maybe visible through the illustration.
