Dapper Chaps comenzó cuando estaba ayudando a mi novia (ahora esposa) con su joyería vintage en Vintage Fairs en todo el Reino Unido. Me interesaba la ropa masculina vintage y me resultó un desafío encontrar alguno entre los rieles de vestidos de mujer vintage que abundaban.
Una vez que finalmente encontré mi atuendo Vintage (y todavía estoy buscando más) me di cuenta de que tenía que combinarlo con algunos accesorios para hombres. Una vez más, encontré esto difícil, si no imposible, de conseguir en mis ferias locales y mientras observaba a muchos tipos apuestos mirando con anhelo los relojes de bolsillo en oferta.
Me inspiro en tomar la calidad y el aspecto de los accesorios Vintage Men de 1900 a 1970 y diseñar y fabricar a mano piezas únicas que tienen un estilo vintage único que cualquier hombre puede usar (¡y pagar!).

Dapper Chaps started when I was helping my girlfriend (now wife) with her vintage jewellery at Vintage Fairs across the UK. I had an interest in Vintage menswear and found it a challenge to find any in amongst the rails of vintage women’s dresses that were abundant.
Once I had eventually found my Vintage attire (and am still searching for more) I realised I had to combine it with some men’s accessories! Once again I found this hard if not impossible to come by at my local fairs and as I watched many a dapper chap looking longingly at the pocket watches on offer.
I am inspired by taking the quality and look of Vintage Men’s accessories from 1900’s to 1970’s and hand designing and making one off pieces that have a unique vintage style any man can wear (and afford!).
