3 out of 5 stars-- The rug is thick as pictured, but is not exactly as depicted, the color and pattern are slightly off from the image. Not so significantly that it ruins my space, but don't expect it to look exactly as pictured. May not be actually hand tuffted... It appears stretched (slightly elongated) and is not textured at all like the images, giving it the look of being printed. Ultimately, I am satisfied by the quality. -- Fedex contacted me and said they required additional information to clear US customs. I contacted the shop twice, both times they said they'd get back to me and never did. I had to call fedex and guess the info because the shop did not specify the unit of measurement . Then Fedex sent me an additional $25 bill for import charge. Fo, the shop refunded me the $25 dollars upon my request.
