    4 out of 5 stars

The seller was great and communicated/replied pretty quick with most things I asked. The overall sword itself is beautiful of course. My only 2 complaints is that he changed the steel type from high carbon to a j2 stainless steel. Which he had assured me was a more expensive steel. The other complaint was not his fault but with the handling during transit. The blade itself had a chip at the point and the guard had slight dmg. Overall though im still pretty happy with my overall experience. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Frequently asked questions

Are all your items really handmade?

Yes! Every knife, sword, axe, and chef set at Heritage Forge is 100% handmade using traditional forging methods. We do not use mass-production or factory processes — each piece is crafted with care, precision, and passion.

Can I customize or personalize my order?

Absolutely! We offer customization options such as engraving names, initials, or logos. If you’d like to personalize your blade or request a specific size, material, or design, just message us before placing your order.

What materials do you use for blades and handles?

We use high-quality materials including Damascus steel, D2 tool steel, and high-carbon steel for blades. For handles, we use stag, antler, bone, micarta, rosewood, olive wood, and other exotic hardwoods, depending on the style and purpose of the item.

Custom and personalised orders

Most items ship within 7–10 business days, but custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer. If you need your item by a specific date (for a birthday, wedding, etc.), please contact us — we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.

How should I care for my knife or blade?

To keep your blade in top condition:
• Clean and dry after each use
• Apply mineral or coconut oil regularly to prevent rust
• Do not store in the leather sheath long-term — leather absorbs moisture
• Use WD-40 to remove any surface rust that may appear
