When I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 18, I became deeply passionate about supporting others with similar lived experiences. What started as sharing insights and resources on Instagram grew into a professional counselling and consultancy service, where I help autistic individuals both pre- and post-diagnosis.
Later, at the age of 20, I was also diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, prompting me to find creative ways to continue my work from home. That’s how this shop came to life! I design personalised resources, originally created for my clients as tools for understanding, empowerment, and everyday support, and realised they have the potential to benefit so many more people!
Each item in my shop is made with empathy, insight, and genuine care. Whether you’re autistic, supporting someone who is, or simply curious about neurodiversity, I hope you find something here that resonates.

I love the range of communication through all these cards. As a teacher, who is neurodivergent, that specialises with SEN students these will be fab for helping young people find their voice. Very good quality and arrived really quickly with a very lovely note inside ☺️ I love that these cards allow for more writing and you weren’t limited by a super small word count, which I found when looking a lot of other communication card sellers. definitely recommend!
