Domestic/International Order Tracking

Mercy Threads is happy to ship to both domestic and international destinations!
However, once we have shipped your package, Mercy Threads cannot be held responsible for your order reaching its destination.
If your package does not reach you after the estimated shipping time is complete, we suggest that you contact your local post office as USPS does not provide Mercy Threads with any further tracking information than what can be seen by you when typing in your tracking information (which is provided to you via email from Mercy Threads once your package is shipped).
Mercy Threads is unable to reimburse customers for orders lost in the mail.

Care instructions

If your bonnet requires washing, we recommend gentlly washing it by hand in cold water and laying flat to dry.

Returns

Regular Return Policy: Returns in sellable condition are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to refund the original shipping fee to you and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please note that we are unable to process returns for special orders wherein customers request items made in a size or color combination that we do not normally stock on our web store.
