▶︎ What Are My Shipping Options?
Standard US shipping is complimentary, and international shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and size. All items are custom made to order, so timelines and shipping options vary by product and material.
✦ We do offer expedited domestic shipping on many items. You can select this at checkout if available. This will shorten your shipping time from 4-6 business days to 2-4 business days. Please note that regardless of the shipping option selected, production time (printing and weaving) cannot be rushed, as each piece is created specifically for you and then shipped directly to you once production is complete.
▶︎ How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Please refer to specific estimated timelines for production and shipping times. For international orders, production time remains the same, but transit typically ranges from 10-20 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to confirm it is possible.

✦ We work diligently to ensure timely delivery, however, unforeseen factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays, may impact transit times.
✦ You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Once the postal system is in possession of the parcel, we are unable to access any additional details beyond what is provided on the carrier's site.
✦ Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise noted. We are unable to adjust the shipping address once production has begun, so please double check your shipping details before placing your order.

I, Emilia, am the artist & designer, and I work with professional U.S.-based production partners to bring my designs to life, including a print house and specialized weaving studio. All pieces are made to order based on your selections at checkout and shipped directly from the respective production facility to your address. Your piece is newly created at the time of purchase.
✦ We prioritize submitting your order for production promptly. For custom items, we will send you a proof of your design choice, with your personalized details, for review before it is submitted to be made.
✦ While shipping can often be expedited, the printing & weaving process follows a set production timeline established by our partners and cannot be accelerated.
▶︎ Can I Return, Exchange or Cancel My Order?
✦ Since all items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for properly made items. All orders are produced based on the exact specifications provided at checkout. If you need help finding the right fit for your space or a special gift, reach out, we are happy to assist.
✦ If you need to cancel, contact us immediately to see if it is still possible. Once an item has been submitted for production, we are unable to stop the process, and cancellations or changes can no longer be made.

If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, including receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away with a photo and description so we can promptly address your concern and work toward the best resolution. We are always happy to help and want you to love what you receive. While issues are rare, mistakes can happen, and we will work with you to make things right.
▶︎ Why Might The Colors Look Different In Person Than They Do Online?
✦ Lighting plays a significant role in how color is perceived. Natural light reveals depth and contrast, while warmer indoor lighting softens edges and enhances gold and red undertones. Cooler light sharpens contrast and can make colors appear more neutral. This is especially noticeable in woven pieces, where interlaced threads catch and disperse light. Time of day, indoor vs. outdoor settings, and light temperature all influence how a piece is experienced.
✦ The device used to capture and view images, including phones, computers, and screens, also affects how color is rendered. We present each piece across varied lighting when possible, but cannot account for every viewing condition.so we ask that you keep this natural variation in mind.
▶︎ How Are Printed & Woven Textiles Different?
✦ Printed fabrics render imagery with sharper detail, higher saturation, and a smooth, more contemporary surface. In contrast, woven textiles translate the image through interlaced threads, where color and form are built structurally into the fabric itself. This results in a softer, more dimensional image with subtle tonal variation, optical blending, and a more muted, earthy palette.
✦ Material and production methods play a significant role in how color is ultimately perceived. Jacquard weaving interlaces dyed yarns to build the image into the fabric, creating depth, tonal variation, and a softer, more painterly effect. Printed textiles apply the image to the surface, producing sharper detail, higher contrast, and more vibrant color.
▶︎ Can I Display My Woven Throw On The Wall?
✦ Yes! Many customers choose to hang their woven throw as a statement tapestry piece or decorative textile installation. To mount your throw as wall art, choose a method that supports the weight while preserving the fabric, such as upholstery pins or decorative nails, adhesive Velcro, wall-mounted clips, frame or stretcher mounts, or magnetic compression hangers.
✦ Rent-friendly options offer a no-drill solution, while clip systems and mounted supports create a more architectural, elevated display.
✦ The woven throw as wall art lends itself to a more rustic, dimensional, heritage-inspired aesthetic, while the traditional woven tapestry offers a more tailored, textural, classic look.
▶︎ How Can I Hang My Woven Tapestry?
✦ To mount your woven wall tapestry using the rod pocket, choose a dowel, pole, or bar between 0.5" and 1" thick for smaller pieces, and around 1" in diameter for larger tapestries. Make sure the rod extends about 2" beyond each side of the tapestry for proper spacing and support.
✦ Mount the pole to the wall using brackets, screws, or adhesive wall mounts (for a renter-friendly option), depending on your preferred installation style.
✦ The tapestry can also be hung without utilizing the rod pocket. Mount directly using upholstery pins or decorative nails, adhesive Velcro, wall-mounted clips, frame or stretcher mounts, or magnetic compression hangers.
