I can not accept returns because each dress is made to order, unless the item you receive is defective or damaged.

----CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund

----EXCHANGES

If you receive your dress and it does not fit or the color is not what you wanted you may exchange your dress for a different size or color.
If you would like to exchange your dress item please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the gown and within 48 hours you should also send it back to me. Upon shipping, customer MUST send a tracking number and/or proof of receipt to Charlotte Rose fashion immediately. Only when the item arrived to me I can make the exchanges. In this case the shipping price is on the costumer .Buyer is responsible for return shipping and for return shipping label and for all the shipping costs.
Partial refund or any other kind of refund is not available in my shop.
The items must be in their original condition, and can not be worn, altered, washed, stretched out or damaged in any way. Please be cautious of makeup and deodorant marks, dirt and strong smells when putting on the gowns!

Shipping times vary, depending on where you live and which delivery method you chose during checkout.
We ship UPS, and Fedex, TNT . This includes 1st Class, Priority shipping and Express shipping.
UPS and Fedex, Tnt does NOT guarantee any specific delivery date, but is fairly fast.
Keep in mind they do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
For all international orders, Charlotte Rose shop is NOT responsible for any fees related to or for customs and/or entry into your country. The shipping fees you pay are quoted to us by UPS and Fedex TNT to get your item from our location to yours. Additional fees will be customer's responsibility.
