Sadly items did not arrive which I understand was a due to an issue with the Courier so therefore outwith the retailer's control. After bringing the matter to their attention the retailer made enquiries and when it became clear what had happened a full refund was made which in my view is good customer service.

Excellent quality clothing. They’re a perfect fit, extremely comfortable and perfect for summer months (or any time of year, really). Delivery took longer than expected but I think that was the couriers issue. Overall, very satisfied. 10/10 :)
