This is an oversized cardigan, with wide sleeves: the ★ Sophia Cardigan ★. This is the pattern I always use for my own (oversized) cardigans. You can find them on my blog and they went viral on Pinterest.
The cardigan can be knitted by experienced knitters. I believe that the cardigan is not very difficult to knit, but you do need some experience. For example: you need to know how to cast on stitches, bind off and know how to increase or decrease stitches. The cardigan is worked up in five separate parts. It's a one size pattern. The cardigan is very oversized if it’s worn as a size S, and has a regular fit if it’s worn as a size XL. For this knitting pattern you need 10 mm and 12 mm knitting needles.
