You have to read product description. It's a Winrar archive. You can easily download Winrar program for free. If you're not able to do such easy operation, you can't work with embroidery programs. Have a good day.

星 5 個のうち 1 個Je n'ai jamais reçu la commande de cet écussons, après vous l'avoir déjà réclamer plusieurs fois, je n'ai jamais reçu de mail pour soit disant telecharger un lien ? Je vous signale que ça était débité sur mon compte bancaire le jour de la commande. J'espère que vous allez vous en occuper le plus rapidement, car cette situation commence vraiment à faire long,afin de pouvoir profiter de cet achat tête de mort couronné à moins que cet article soit fantôme 👻
