2 out of 5 starsDissapointed rug. Firstly I ordered a rug that was 2 ft x 3ft. It actually measures 2ft 1 inch wide and 2 ft 10 inch long so it is not large enough to cover the space I needed it for. The edges are poorly finished and the black border is uneven. I won't be able to use it

1 out of 5 starsI made a bad mistake. It's too large. It is too high. I was going to put it in my bathroom. However, it does not fit under the bathroom door. I did not realize the door would not go over the rug. The rug is too high for the door so now it won't work. I should have ordered a smaller size. Will need to return it. It's a beautiful rug and good quality. Please give me a return label so I can get a refund.

Thank you for explaining your concerns. I completely understand your situation. Regarding the 4×4 rug, we would like to mention that you did not tell us in advance that you needed a lower pile height because of the door. If you had messaged us about the required pile height before production, we would have happily made the rug with a lower pile so that the door could open and close without any problem.

1 out of 5 starsIts color looks very different than the picture online I saw. It's much darker than I thought. It's too dark and I don't like the color. It looks more brown than green. I do not want you keep it. The quality is good. I just don't like that color. Please let me return it and get a refund.

Hello Karen, Regarding the 2×3 rug, please take another look at the original listing/photo of the rug you ordered. The color shown for the 2×3 rug is Olive Brown, and it is different from the color of the round rug. The round rug and the 2×3 rug were made with different color tones. Could you please compare the 2×3 rug once again with the color shown in your order/listing photo? You may find that the color is actually matching the Olive Brown shade that was shown when you placed the order. We completely understand that colors can sometimes look slightly different depending on lighting and the screen used to view the photo. We kindly request you to please check and compare it once again before deciding to return it. Thank you for your understanding.
