Are our products handmade?Our designs are created with love in-house. Production takes place via print-on-demand or as a digital download.Can you personalize a product?Yes! Print-on-Demand (physical products)
When will my product be manufactured?Only after payment is received – each product is produced especially for you.Why is there no exchange or return?Our physical products are individually manufactured to order, therefore exchanges, returns and cancellations are excluded.

How do I receive my digital product?Once payment is received, the file will be available for immediate download via Etsy.Can I return digital products?No, digital downloads cannot be cancelled or returned.
