Will I receive a physical item or a digital file?
The shop sells both. Check the listing before ordering. Digital listings provide files and do not include a physical product. Physical-product listings show the available options and delivery information.
Are all digital items available immediately?
Ready-made instant downloads become available once payment is confirmed. Custom digital portraits are made after purchase and are available when completed. Check the individual listing for its ordering instructions and delivery details.
How do custom portraits work?
Each portrait listing explains the photo and personalisation details needed for that design. Follow those instructions when ordering. The finished portrait is delivered as a digital file; a physical print is not included.
Where are physical products made and dispatched?
Physical items are made to order with production partners. Check the delivery information on each listing for its dispatch location and estimated arrival dates.
How do I choose the right size or option?
Check the listing description, product photos and available options before ordering. If you’re unsure which option suits your needs, send me an Etsy message before purchasing.
What if there is a problem with my order?
