星 5 個のうち 5 個I have been using this for about a month now. I added some canvas oil to the fabric so it is darker than normal now but wanted to ensure it was waterproof. It is holding up very well. No loose stitches and everything stays secure. All in all very happy with the purchase

星 5 個のうち 5 個USPS lost our package at the customs office crossing the border into Canada and the seller immediately rectified the situation by sending a replacement. She even sent it express so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The packaging is so beautifully done with ribbons and bows that I’m going to put it under the tree just as is. I highly recommend this quality artisan and am very glad to have ordered.

When will my order arrive, can I expedite my order?
I try my best to keep and maintain inventory of each product. However, each piece is handmade. If an item isn’t in stock it may take up to 10 days to ship, leaving me time to make it!

Can you make my bag bigger, smaller and or alter the original pattern?
Yes, depending on the bag. All adjustments made, are and additional charge and can not be returned. Turn around time for adjustments may take 2-3 weeks depending on the adjustments. Adjusting a pattern can be complicated and time consuming and I maybe not be able to for fill all requests.
What materials do you use?
All materials are sourced from the USA.
Duck Canvas- Water resistant 10 oz canvas
Waxed Canvas- 7 oz
Leather straps- 5-7 oz Latigo leather
Leather bags- 3.5-5 oz Pullup leather
How can I clean my bag?
Never machine wash your bag! This will remove the wax from the canvas and ruin your bag. The best way to spot clean the exterior of your bag is a lint roller!
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! If you'd like to customize an existing bag, make it larger, smaller or modify the pattern, it can be done! There's a $20 fee to alter the pattern plus any additional material costs on-top of the cost of the original price of the bag.
For additional pockets and add ons that don't alter the original pattern, additional cost of material will be charged on-top of the cost of the original price of the bag.
