Custom and personalized orders
It is possible to place a custom order. Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.For custom assignments, the agreed price must be paid in advance. Once this is done, I will start working for you.I send a picture of the end result and only when you are satisfied I send it to you.Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns and refunds.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Although I always ship quickly, it can happen that a package takes a little longer to arrive at your home. This applies mainly to foreign shipments. A parcel generally arrives faster than letterbox mail.How long it takes for your order to arrive depends partly on where you live and is therefore not easy to say. Feel free to ask how long it can take approximately for your country.I am not responsible for foreign postal companies and their working methods. In case of delivery problems, please contact me to find a solution.
Deviations in colors and sizes.
Although I photograph my items carefully, colors can always differ. This has to do, for example, with the settings of your device and / or the display on your screen.There may also be a slight deviation in color due to a different paint bath, but I always use the same fabric / color when buying.The sizes of a tipi can differ by about 2cm, this is due to the stretchability of the fabrics used.

All my offered products state within how many working days the product will be shipped. Usually, the ordered product is also shipped within the indicated time, but it may happen that there is a delay.This can occur if, for example, I suddenly receive a lot of orders or that material has to be ordered.If there is a delay of 2 days or more, I will always contact you.
Will I receive a tracking code?
I always send packages with a tracking code. You will receive this as soon as I ship the package.Small items are sent in an envelope, of course well packed. Unfortunately, the postal company does not offer the possibility to send this abroad with track & trace.
Do you do collaboration, sponsorship, giveaways etc?
Sorry, but I don't participate in that. I get weekly requests to give away my items or donate in any form, but I'm already busy enough with my customers' orders.
Help! I was not at home when the delivery person came to deliver my package, what now?
I always advise my clients to follow the package closely after I have sent it. You can then see when they come by. Were you absent for a while? Please contact your postal company to make another appointment for the delivery or where you can pick up the package.Important: Don't wait too long to contact your postal company or pick up if you weren't home. Postal companies usually only wait a few days, after which they send the package back. Any costs resulting from this are for the account of the customer.This also applies to orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address that was added by you when ordering.
I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.
You can cancel an order within 12 hours.After these hours we print our shippinglabels and are paid for. So cancelation after 12 hours will result in a refund minus the shippingcosts.If you refuse the package on delivery and the package is send back, you will get the standard refund (item minus shippingcosts), but minus 25%.
The trackingstatus is 'Delivered', but I haven't received my package.
If this happends, please check with your neighbours if they have accepted it on your behalf. Do you have an porter, reception or mailroom? Check if they have accepted it.If this is not the case, contact me. In many (not all!) cases I can find out which local company is responsable for the delivery. I can give you this information so you can contact them to find out more. I cannot contact them, only the addressee (you).
