I can't find my download. Where did it go?
Etsy keeps every digital download in your account forever. Go to You → Purchases & Reviews, find your order, and click the green "Download Files" button. If that's not working for any reason, message me and I'll send the files to you directly within 24 hours. Promise.
Something's wrong with my file. Can you help?
Yes — please message me. If a PDF is corrupt, a page is missing, or anything's off, I'll fix it within 24 hours. Etsy doesn't allow refunds on digital downloads (since the file can't really be "returned"), but I'd much rather fix the problem than leave you stuck. Just send me a quick note.
How many copies can I print?
As many as you want, forever, for personal use. Print one page, print fifty, print the whole bundle every January for the next decade — all included. Just please don't share the files outside your household or sell printed copies.
Can I use these digitally on iPad or my phone instead of printing?
Yes! Open the PDFs in GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF markup app and write directly on them with Apple Pencil or your finger. On phone, the Files app + any annotation app works great. You don't have to print to get the full benefit.
How do I actually print this?
After you download the PDF, open it and hit Print. Set scale to 100% (very important — don't let it "fit to page"). You can choose just the pages you want, not the whole bundle. Print on whatever paper you have — cardstock looks gorgeous, but plain printer paper works completely fine.
Can I print this at Staples / FedEx / a print shop?
Yes! Email or upload the PDF to your local print shop's website (or bring it on a USB stick). Most US chains charge around $0.10-$0.50 per black-and-white page, or $1-$2 for color cardstock. If you want a really nice version of the bundle without buying a printer, this is a great option.
I'm in the UK / Europe / Australia. Will A4 work?
Yes. The pages are designed for US Letter, but in your printer dialog just choose A4 and they'll scale automatically with no quality loss. Same files, same beautiful design, just slightly different paper proportions. Works perfectly worldwide.
Can I get a refund?
Made to Order Merchandise: We follow Etsy's standard return policy. Returns and exchanges are allowed 30 days from receipt of product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Digital Downloads: Etsy's policy doesn't allow refunds on digital downloads. I get why — the file can't be returned once it's been sent. But if anything's wrong on my end (corrupt file, missing pages, the wrong product) I'll always make it right. Message me before opening a case and I'll fix it fast.
Custom and personalized orders
Sometimes! If you want a specific tweak (different color palette, adding a page for a specific need, adapting it for kids, etc.), message me and I'll let you know if I can help. I keep custom work simple and only take on projects that fit my style.
