Can you change the size of a patch?
I can do that. Contacted me first because there is a price change.
Custom and personalized orders
I am willing to make custom orders. Some might become a listing in my store.
How long does it take to ship?
I know it says a week to two weeks to ship. I fill my orders on the weekend. It is easier to drop off packages. It says a week to weeks in case there is a problem with the order. Stay with the lower rate shipping. It gets there in a few days it seems.
Tracking says still awaiting item, have you sent the item?
I had this happen a few times. The post office for some reason will miss scanning the package. I am not sure why. If you see this happens wait a week before messaging me.
Will I get it before Christmas?
December 12th before , 7 PM EST the last day to order for Christmas.
Can you lower shipping price?
If you are a buyer outside of the US, I can not change that. Prices for shipping outside the US are high.
Can you upgrade shipping?
Any upgrade in shipping will be charged extra. Free shipping is standard wanting a upgrading from that will be charged more.
