- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
Refunds are given after the returned item is received. We can only refund to the original form of payment.
At the moment we do not accept exchanges. You will have to re-purchase the item and return.
If you have any problems, PLEASE let us know in a convo or email. We will do our best to make you happy! If you leave us neutral or negative feedback with no explanation or without letting us know your discontent beforehand, there is no way we can remedy the situation as we will not know how to.
*If feedback is left, your item(s) will NO LONGER be eligible for return. By leaving feedback you are completing the transaction.
Payment
E-checks: We ship once they clear, and that takes 4-5 business days. So if you don't mind waiting, you can use them.
Shipping
Aprons are shipped via USPS First Class (USPS priority with larger orders) so if you are within the US please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive (Or if sent priority, 2-3). If you are outside of the US please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery may also be delayed further due to customs and postal holidays for international orders. This only includes the package's travel time once we ship it, this does NOT start from the time you place your order.
We ship worldwide. If the 'Everywhere Else' option is not active in the apron listing, please send us a conversation or email and we will fix that for you as soon as we can.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are NOT responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes you may be charged and we will NOT cover them.

Wholesale:
We don't offer wholesale prices but can give you 20% off the item's listed price (not including shipping), with the minimum order being $200.00 (not including shipping and before the discount). You MUST contact us BEFORE you order the aprons for the discount to apply. We will need a list of the aprons you would like.
