The information I collect
To process your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorized Etsy to transmit to me), including your name, email, postal address, payment details,
as well as the description of the product you order. You can also decide to communicate to me certain additional personal information (for an order of buttons or personalized jewelry for example), by contacting me directly.
Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on a certain number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, and in particular:
to provide you with my services, for example when I use your information to process your order, resolve a dispute or provide customer service;

I use your information, if necessary, to comply with my obligations defined by the Sellers Rules and the Etsy Terms of Use.

I do not share or disseminate your information
Unless you have given me authorization for a particular order.
I do not keep your information.
I have access like any seller to those indicated on your Etsy customer page or exceptionally for a particular order with your authorization. I may also have to keep this information to comply with legislative and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce my commitments.
Your rights
You have all rights regarding your personal information. Ask me to give you access to, modify or delete them.
