I’m a little disappointed that it took a week to ship out, but I’m more upset that I noted that this purchase was a gift and wrote out a gift message yet it was never included in the package and the recipient didn’t know it was from me. Update as of 1/31/25- I’m pleased to share that the owner of Building Blocks reached out to me personally shortly after I shared a review about my experience and he apologized, mentioned that he investigated the issue and remedied it with his vendor to avoid hiccups for other customers in the future and even offered and sent me a $25 gift card. I didn’t have to seek any type of reparations for my poor experience, he was forthright in offering the gift card to me immediately after learning about my issue. Top tier customer service!
