CELTIC CONNECTION SHOP POLICIES

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Please contact us before returning any items.
Please take great care when choosing a garment size and refer to our size charts. Items cannot be exchanged or returned due to a wrong size being ordered. You would have to place a new order at your expense.
If your order is misprinted/damaged/defective, please send us a photo as soon as you receive your order and tell us what you think is wrong. If the the claim has been made within 2 weeks of receipt of the item, we will send a replacement to you at no cost.
If your order has not been delivered 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, please confirm your shipping address with us and get in touch with your local post office to try locating the order. If there is no trace of it, please let us know. Claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If your address was entered wrong in your order and the package was returned to sender, redelivery will be made at your own cost.
If tracking information states an order was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, the package may have been left in an unexpected location at your address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If the package cannot be found, we cannot take responsibility for reshipping that order. Any replacements would have to be at your expense. We're not yet able to file claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
If the package arrived at a different address due to a wrong address entered in your order and was not returned to sender, we cannot be held responsible for redelivering your order and you would have to place a new order.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.


Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore CelticConnectionShop reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
