Jahrelang habe ich Marken für andere aufgebaut. Ich habe mehreren Unternehmen beim Wachstum geholfen, ihren Produkten eine Stimme gegeben und Visionen in die Realität umgesetzt. Doch jedes Mal, wenn ich im Laufe meiner Karriere mit einem Job fertig war, sagten die Leute dasselbe: „Sie müssen Ihre eigene Marke gründen.“
Der Arbeitsmarkt brach vor meinen Augen zusammen, und die Unternehmen stellten weniger ein. Im Januar 2025 erreichte ich einen Tiefpunkt – ich wusste nicht, wie es weitergehen würde. Eines Tages steckte ich im Stau – und plötzlich blinkte die gefürchtete Ampel auf – die, die sich wie ein grausamer Scherz anfühlte.
In diesem Moment funkte etwas – die kleine Warnleuchte – das Ding, das niemand sehen will – legte einen Schalter um. Ich sagte laut: „Was wäre, wenn da stattdessen ‚Check OUT My Engine‘ stünde?“, und plötzlich ergab alles einen Sinn.

For years, I built brands for other people - I helped multiple companies grow, I gave their products a voice and made visions into reality... But whenever I would be done with a job, throughout my career - people always said the same thing: “You need to start your own brand.”
The job market was disintegrating right in front of me, and companies pulled back on hiring. I hit a low point in January 2025 - not sure what was happening next. One day, I was stuck in traffic - that dreaded light blinked on - the one that felt like a cruel joke.
At that moment, something sparked - that little warning light - the thing nobody wants to see - flipped a switch. I said out loud, "What if it said Check OUT My Engine" instead?, and suddenly things started to make sense.
