Didn’t work for me. Hook to fasten on the belt is too small

The clip hooks to a Belt loop not the belt for keys or other items. it does not hook to a belt. I am not sure why the buyer said that the clip is too small to hook on a belt and that it didn't work for him. This is a standard size clip on all cellphone holders that provide this type of clip accessory.
