PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.......

Thank you for choosing my shop to create Custom Pops of your favorite characters.

Please note that all Custom Pops are "made-to-order" to ensure a custom experience for every customer. While Etsy requires a quantity of 1 or more to keep the listing active, I do not maintain any "pre-made" or "ready-to-ship" inventory. Each Pop is handcrafted specifically for you once the order is placed. Please disregard any estimated shipping dates that are provided by Etsy. My current workload exceeds the 10-week maximum shipping time estimated by Etsy's automated shipping requirements.

Due to the current high volume of orders, the estimated wait time are greatly extended and could take up to and/or exceed one year. It's hard to give an exact or even an estimated time frame due to the constant unforeseen changes from day to day and will also depend on how many orders are ahead of you, its complexity, size, and the availability to make them. ​Please be assured that each custom Pop is made with meticulous care and attention to detail. When the time comes to make your order. I will work closely with you to ensure that your custom pop meets your expectations. I will not ship your order until you and I are completely satisfied with the final results. I always take my time with each order to ensure it's quality and perfection. I will not rush anyone's order, because that's when I make mistakes.

All I ask is to please be patient with me and trust my creative process. If you are satisfied with your new custom Pop? I would be so grateful if you could leave a review of your experience and what you like about your custom pop. Along with some pictures for others to see. Sharing your pictures helps others see the care and detail that goes into creating them. I would really appreciate that.

Orders are created in the sequence that orders are received. However, sometimes I will make more than one of a certain character that others have also ordered. Only if it does not hinder in my creative process.

​All sales are final. However, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, provided materials have not been purchased or that work has not yet begun. However, there are always exceptions to the rules.
