    item was late to ship and arrived dirty with oil/grease, pencil markings on the metal from previous cutouts. As this was purchased as a gift, i would have expected this to be polished up.. saying that, I can't really argue with the price paid. could have easily charged more for this so I still consider this to be a bargain.
