The original file I received had an error in the format. I messaged the designer as a newbie Cricut owner that I was having trouble with the design. She immediately fixed the problem and sent a new file. When expressed my desire for an easier design to weed, she took my concerns to heart and eventually came up with a perfect design to use with my daughter's wedding invitations. She didn't charge me for the extra work since I had 'found' an error in her original file. Would definitely purchase from this designer again!
