星 5 個のうち 1 個I can’t review the actual product because I haven’t received it. I placed an order on January 12th and the estimated delivery was January 26- February 9 and I was ok and aware of that. The problem was the shop immediately takes the money and had no intention of letting me know I wasn’t going to get my order in that window. I knew because I never received an email to when it shipped I had to inquire myself. Then the shop gave me no answer as to when just a why. Basically backed up on orders and working on one’s from December. Then they shouldn’t be taking orders in January they can’t fulfill in time but have no problem taking your money. This prompted me to read reviews apparently shipping in time us an issue fit this shop.

We’re sorry this experience felt frustrating for you. We’d like to clarify for transparency. Your order was placed on January 12 during a period when we were managing an unexpected holiday production backlog and temporary technical delays. We responded to your messages and explained the situation, including that your order had not yet shipped and was still in queue. You chose to open a case with Etsy, and on February 10 Etsy reviewed and closed the case, issuing you a full refund. We always respond to customer inquiries and never ignore messages. While delays can occasionally happen during peak seasons, we are committed to transparency and communication. We appreciate all customers who are patient and understanding while we carefully process orders in the order they are received.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
