I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
That you're happy with your purchase is what's most important to me, you being happy with your purchase, makes me happy too! I will exchange your product or refund your money (minus shipping) up to 14 days after you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. I just ask that you pay return shipping and that the item is still in new condition.

I photograph prints and my other items in day light and do my best to ensure that they are as beautiful when you receive them as they are on the computer, but I cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor will match those of the prints exactly, because everyone's monitors and color settings are different.

Payment
Worldwide I accept PayPal payment an for my Dutch customers IDEAL as well.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Items will be sent by Dutch Mail.
More valuable purchases will be sent through secured mail and with track and trace so you can follow your parcel (I always write this in the description if this is the case). Track and trace is not supported by every country. You can follow your purchase if the country the parcel is sent to, supports the track and trace service.

Packaging :

All items will be mailed in a board backed mailer and/or a mailer, with additional cardboard protection inside, according to what a particular package needs. Where possible I do try to use recycled packaging. The print itself will be inside a protective cellophane bag.

To My International Customers:

I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
