ETC specialiserar sig på vintagekläder, heminredningsartiklar och handgjorda accessoarer och fokuserar på att skapa en upplevelse med föremål som får dig att stanna upp och le. Uppmärksammande föremål med humor, det fantastiska på gränsen till kitschigt och det ytterst unika. ETCs mål är att få dig att känna dig kopplad till något för dess skönhet och originalitet, nostalgi eller till och med den mystiska känsla som drar oss till saker. Allt har en historia och ETC älskar att dela historien, oavsett om det är vintageföremål eller ett av våra handgjorda smycken.


Ägaren Bridget Duggan startade Existential Thread Co i oktober 2021 som ett förankringsprojekt efter att ha blivit vilseledd under covid-19. Före pandemin hade hon tillbringat större delen av de senaste 10 åren med att boka musikklubbar i Boston. Som en livslång älskare av skattjakt har hon förvandlat sin passion till bränsle för Existential Thread Co. ETC:s motto "Förnödenheter för att hantera medvetenhetens börda" gör narr av tillvaron samtidigt som den hyllar de upplevelser vi gjort under de senaste åren.

Existential Thread Co is retail therapy at its best. Specializing in vintage clothing and home goods and handmade accessories, ETC focuses on curating an experience with items that will make you pause and smile. Attention grabbing pieces with a sense of humor, the glorious verging on tacky and the supremely unique. ETC’s goal is to make you feel connected to something for its beauty and originality, nostalgia or even the mysteriousness that draws us to things. Everything has a story and ETC loves sharing the history whether they be vintage pieces or one of our handmade jewelry pieces.


Owner Bridget Duggan created Existential Thread Co in October of 2021 as an anchoring project after being set adrift during covid. Pre-pandemic she had spent the better part of the last 10 years booking music clubs in Boston. As a lifetime lover of treasure hunting she has turned her passion into the fuel for Existential Thead Co. ETC’s motto “Supplies for coping with the burden of awareness” pokes fun at existence while paying a little homage to the experiences we felt during the past few years.
