General
The following general conditions apply to all business relations with the customer in force at the time of the order. The deliveries, services and offers of the Seller are subject to these terms and conditions. The purchaser recognizes them for the first contract entered into and to all future transactions with the purpose of his appointment as binding on him, even if they are not expressly agreed again. Any other agreement requires our written confirmation. The Purchaser will not enforce its own conditions of purchase. These are not even by our silence or our delivery contract. We are entitled at any time to amend these terms and conditions with effect for the future.

Quotations and delivery
A commercial resale of the goods is permitted only by special agreement.
Our products are handmade, so slight variations are possible.
The delivery times stated are approximate and only agreed are subject to timely delivery. If the delay you will be notified immediately by email or phone.
In case of non availability of the ordered goods, the seller reserves the right not to deliver.

Data storage
According to § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), I would remind you that the data necessary in the context of business data is stored and processed by a computer system in accordance with § 33 (BDSG). Personal data will be treated confidentially.
The purchaser agrees to the collection, processing and use of personal data expressly.
The data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Severability and Validity
If sections or individual formulations of this text are not, no longer or not completely correspond to the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.

Postage and Shipping

Payment is in advance (bank transfer). The costs borne by the purchaser.
The dispatch takes place as soon as possible, within the time specified period of time after receipt.

In case of loss of the consignment by third parties, the Seller shall not be liable.
Non-receipt of a shipment is the Seller no later than 7 days after receipt of notification that the item was sent, in writing.
Damaged or defective merchandise immediately notify the employee of the shipping service.

If the delay you will be notified immediately by email or phone. In case of non availability of the ordered goods, the seller reserves the right not to deliver.
This exceptional circumstances would be the case if a prospect in my studio would be faster or there delays in the self-supply of material, services and accessories. They then received by me a replacement delivery as soon as possible, this should not be possible, payments already made will be refunded immediately.
