GiggleTable

Privacy policy

This policy explains how GiggleTable collects and uses your personal data when you buy from this Etsy shop.

Who is responsible
Aamir, Emdener Str. 45, 10551 Berlin, Germany. You can contact me through Etsy messages or at hello@giggletable.com.

What I collect
When you place an order, Etsy shares your name, email address, Etsy username and order details with me, plus any message you send me. For printed orders, Etsy also shares your postal address. I never see your payment card details; Etsy processes all payments.

Why I use it
- To deliver your order and help you with any questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, legal obligation).
- To answer your messages and prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests).

Who I share it with
Etsy, which runs the marketplace under its own privacy policy. For printed orders, my printing and mailing partner Pingen GmbH receives your name and postal address to print and post your order. My tax adviser or the tax authorities where the law requires it. I don't sell your data or send you marketing without your consent.

How long I keep it
Order data for as long as German tax and commercial law requires (usually up to 10 years). Messages for as long as needed to handle your request. Print files with your address are deleted after your order has been posted.

Transfers outside the EU
Etsy may process data outside the EU under the safeguards described in Etsy's Privacy Policy.

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, data portability, or object to its use. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. To use your rights, message me on Etsy.
