Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (excluding shipping costs) up to 7 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
For international orders I accept PayPal only.

Finnish customers can also pay via bank transfer. Please contact me for details.
Orders are shipped to your Etsy address, so please make sure it is up to date. Items will be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received. I use Priority Mail and the estimated delivery times are:

• Nordic countries 2-5 business days
• Central Europe 2-5 business days
• Rest of Europe 3-6 business days
• United States 5-7 business days
• Rest of the world: large cities 4-9 business days; other destinations: no estimate available

Please note that the estimates do not include the time required for possible Custom clearance.

I am also happy to ship via Economy Mail which is less expensive. Please feel free to ask for a quote. The estimated delivery times with Economy Mail are:

• Nordic countries 6-8 business days
• Central Europe 8-10 business days
• Rest of Europe 8-16 business days
• United States 10-15 business days
• Rest of the world: large cities from 12 business days; other destinations: no estimate available

I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible.
