This claim is disgraceful. The refund was issued on time. The customer was provided with a thorough and patient explanation regarding their refund including the a screenshot of the transaction. Instead of turning to Etsy customer support for clarification, the customer is making false claims.

2 out of 5 starsSuper disappointed with this calendar. The color is kind of dull and the pictures take up the whole page bleeding into the dates making the dates hard to see and nearly impossible to write on.
