In what condition are the products offered?
Our vintage items are at least 20 years old and can therefore contain traces of use. That is often the charm of the products. We mention in the description what the condition is with each article and photograph as well as possible from different angles to give you a good representation of the product.Of course, you can always request additional information about an item if you have questions about the condition. We check everything carefully because of course we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase!
What are the shipping costs if I want to order more than one item?
If you want to order more than one product, please contact us so that we can calculate the correct shipping costs for you. The shipping rates in the Netherlands depend on the size and weight of a product, etsy does not always take this into account.Often the shipping costs are lower when you buy multiple items that can be sent in one package. Of course, overpaid shipping costs will be returned to you as soon as possible.When you order within the Netherlands for at least € 50, shipping is always free!
Is my package insured for damage or loss during the shipping process?
Yes, we always send the packages including insurance. Your order will always be carefully packed. It may happen that the package gets damaged during the shipping process. That is why we send the purchased items with insurance.
My product arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?
Yes, you are eligible for a refund if the damage is reported to us correctly (see Terms and Conditions*).Please let us know as soon as possible (within 48 hours) that you have received the package damaged. Keep the damaged items, the shipping box and the packaging material until the damage report has been fully processed.
*What are the conditions for a refund in case of damage?
We ask you to send the following information by e-mail to email@example.com:• photo of the entire size showing the package labelis visible• photo of an opened package showing the contents and theinner packaging in the package is clearly visible• photos of all types of inner packaging• photo of the entire size of the product• detailed photo/close-up of the concrete damage of the article• claim form from your own post office, completed andsigned by yourself and your employeepost office.We always need the photos and the claim form for further processing. Without this information, we cannot submit a claim.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
You must register an unrececuted package with destination in the Netherlands and the European Union within 20 calendar days after the last update of the Track & Trace code via an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. For countries outside the European Union, this is 35 calendar days. If a suspected missing package is not reported within the set period, we cannot proceed to compensation.
