Are customs fees and other taxes included in my purchase?
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs fees and/or taxes. These fees are NOT included in the total price you pay at check out. Please contact your customs information desk for additional information.
Can a pay by bank transfer?
We accept payment through PayPal, iDeal and credit card. If you prefer a bank transfer, that's no problem; please be so kind to contact me.
Will i receive a track & trace number?
We'll ship your order within 5 business days after your purchase. If you would like your parcel to be shipped with urgents, please contact me and i'll do my best to ship it a.s.a.p.
All packages will be shipped WITH track & trace. If you would like me to ship without track & trace, please let me know prior to your payment so i can adjust the shipping costs. The shipping costs at check out are based on packages up to 5 kilo with a box size of max 100 x 50 x 50 cm. If your country is not mentioned in the pull down menu, please contact me.
What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
We can only refund damaged items which were shipped WITH track & trace (please send me pictures of the wrapping materials and damaged items within 2 days). We'll be happy to refund you after the reclaim has been processed and accepted.
Lost packages will only be refunded when they were shipped WITH track & trace. We will refund you after investigation.
We always recommend shipping with track & trace.
If you are not happy with your purchase please be so kind to let me know prior to leaving your feedback. We will find a happy solution. We accept returns, but all items must arrive back in the same condition as they were received (use the same packaging ect.). Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.
What can i expect?
Please note that the colors and brightness in the images can somewhat differ from the real items. This is because of the difference in monitors and the circumstances while photographing it. We'll do our best to get the colors as close to the real thing as we possibly can.
We'll describe the condition of the item honestly. If you have any questions about the state of an item, please don't hesitate to contact me.
